The splash park was nice for the kids.

The property was fairly clean and staff was polite and extremely friendly. There was plenty of nice meals. The location was great and awesome in a fairly nice area, not far from a beach, and the center of Kolimbia. It was 1 km from Ristretto Cafe, offering quick-service food.

Clean hotel in a neat building adjacent to beach and tourist shopping, local bus and Loutanis.

What makes it worth it, and what doesn't

Great food quality with good BBQ nights. Direct pool access from the room made it a pleasure to relax.

Limited evening entertainment options and slow bar service made it less engaging .

On the bright side, the snack bar by the pool was a real treat!

Excellent staff and great food variety

I was particularly impressed by the engaging staff who consistently went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. The food variety was excellent, with fresh salads and daily fruit service at the pool. I appreciated the well-maintained pools that enhance relaxation. The shower cubicle in my room was on the smaller side, which could be improved seeking more comfort.

Checking in was super quick, and we loved the lovely free coffee machine that was available all day! The outdoor pool and beautiful garden area were perfect spots to kick back and unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the shower could use a bit more space, but it didn't impact our overall enjoyable stay. 😊

The hotel's spacious gardens and accessible walkways made my strolls enjoyable, with lovely spots to relax while admiring the beautiful flowers. The relaxing atmosphere reminded me of a serene retreat.

More shaded seating areas by the pool would help.

The hotel's outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the playground kept them entertained for hours. The staff were awesome too. They organized fun activities for us, including a great tour of the island's natural gems.

My kids wished for more evening entertainment options.

The room had persistent maintenance issues yet the pizza served at the pool was excellent.

Family with children will enjoy it

The staff were so friendly, especially at the pool bar where the drinks were served, it was like hanging out with friends. Before we knew it, we were regulars. The kids loved the pool area, well-maintained and had the right depth for them to play.

It wasn't cheap, but for what we got, it was okay.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place is perfect, as it is close to not one, but three beautiful beaches. We enjoyed spending our days lounging by the outdoor swimming pool, which was well-maintained and had plenty of sun loungers. The staff here were exceptional, always offering polite and helpful service. We particularly loved the daily buffet breakfast, which had a variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had a poolside snack bar where we could grab a quick bite to eat or enjoy a refreshing drink. The room amenities were also top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was relaxing, perfectly clean, with ample storage space, and the atmosphere was quiet.

I had a wonderfully relaxing time at this venue and would highly recommend it, especially for the lovely double room with a balcony and the fantastic location near the center.

Location great, all inclusive, variety of food, friendly staff, nice pool with sunbeds and umbrellas.

Nothing that I didn't like.
